We keep this simple and honest. No fine print designed to confuse you — just a clear explanation of how we handle every situation.

What You Need To Know

All Canyon Fitness products are digital in nature — programs are delivered electronically and coaching begins immediately upon purchase. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or a coaching cycle has begun.

We stand behind every product we sell. If something went wrong on our end — a technical issue, a program not delivered, or any failure that was not your fault — we will make it right. Every situation is reviewed individually and we will always do the fair thing.

Cancellations

You are never locked into a subscription you don't want. Here's exactly how cancellation works:

  • Cancel anytime through your account portal — no phone calls, no retention forms, no friction.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current 28 day billing cycle. You keep full access through the period you've already paid for.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle that has already started.
  • Restarting is easy — if you cancel and want to come back, simply repurchase at the current rate and your new cycle begins immediately.
Individual Results

Results achieved through Canyon Fitness programs vary from person to person. Outcomes depend on a number of individual factors including but not limited to overall commitment, program execution, nutrition, sleep, and consistency over time. Canyon Fitness programs are designed to give you the best possible framework for success — the results you achieve are directly tied to the effort and dedication you bring to the process.
