Building Program
This is where it starts. The Phase 1 Muscle Building Program is a professionally structured 28-day training plan built specifically for men who want to gain muscle and burn fat — delivered straight to your inbox the moment you subscribe.
Every exercise is hyperlinked to Canyon's private YouTube video library so you know exactly how to perform every movement. A Google Sheet progress tracker is included so your numbers are always in front of you. A week by week progression guide tells you precisely what to do each week — no guessing, no wasted sessions.
Your subscription renews every 28 days and automatically moves you into the next phase — Phase 2, Phase 3, and beyond. Each phase builds on the last. The chain compounds. Don't break it.

Weekly Check-Ins
Everything in Tier 1 — plus a weekly async check-in directly with Canyon. Once a week you submit a short update on how training went, whether you hit your sessions, how you're feeling, and an optional progress photo.
Within 48 hours Canyon sends back a personalised voice note or video response — real feedback on your week, any adjustments to your approach, and a clear focus for the week ahead. No scheduling required. No live calls. Everything on your time.

This is the most personal coaching experience Canyon offers. Your program is built from scratch specifically for you — your goals, your schedule, your training history, your body. Your name is on the document. No two Tier 3 programs are the same.
Tier 3 begins with a detailed intake and a short onboarding call where Canyon learns exactly what you need and where you're starting from. From there a fully custom program is built and delivered before your first training day begins.
Throughout the 90 days you have direct access to Canyon via WhatsApp Business — voice notes, videos, and messaging. Weekly check-ins keep the program evolving with you. After 90 days the option to continue on a rolling monthly basis is available for clients who want to keep going.
