Programs & Delivery
How do I receive my program after purchasing?
Immediately after checkout you'll receive an automatic email with a link to your program. No waiting, no back and forth. Purchase and train.
What equipment do I need?
All Canyon Fitness programs are designed for a commercial or well-equipped home gym. You'll need access to barbells, dumbbells, cables, and standard machines. No programs require equipment you won't find in a standard gym.
Are the programs suitable for beginners?
Phase 1 is designed to be the starting point of your journey regardless of experience level. The week by week progression guide walks you through exactly how to approach each week so you're never guessing.
What makes Canyon Fitness programs different?
Every program includes exercise video links so you know exactly how to perform every movement, a Google Sheet progress tracker so your numbers are always in front of you, and a week by week progression system that tells you precisely what to do each week. This isn't a PDF you download and forget. It's a coaching system.

Subscriptions & Billing
How does the subscription work?
Your program renews automatically every 28 days. Each renewal moves you into the next phase so you're always progressing. You'll receive your updated program automatically at the start of each new cycle.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged on the same date every 28 days from your original purchase date. You'll always know when your next charge is coming.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account portal. No phone calls, no hoops to jump through. Cancel in two clicks. If you cancel after your billing date your program remains active until the end of that 28 day cycle.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently Canyon Fitness subscriptions cannot be paused — only cancelled and restarted. If life gets in the way cancel before your next billing date and restart when you're ready. Your progress tracker stays with you.
Will my program change every 28 days?
Yes. Each renewal moves you into the next phase — Phase 2, Phase 3, and so on. Every phase builds on the last with progressive exercise selection, heavier loads, and higher intensity. This is a long term coaching system, not a one time plan.

Tier 2 — Program + Weekly Check-Ins
How do the weekly check-ins work?
Every week you'll submit a short check-in — how training felt, whether you hit your sessions, any pain or soreness, and an optional progress photo. Within 48 hours you'll receive a personalised voice note or video response from Canyon with feedback, adjustments, and your focus for the following week.
Do I need to be available at a specific time for my check-in?
No — check-ins are completely async. You submit on your schedule and receive your response within 48 hours. No scheduling, no live calls required at this tier.
What if I have a question between check-ins?
Tier 2 includes one weekly check-in. For more direct and frequent access consider upgrading to Tier 3 which includes WhatsApp Business access to Canyon directly.

Tier 3 — Custom Coaching
What does "custom" mean?
Your program is built specifically for you — your goals, your schedule, your training history, and your body. Your name is on the document. No two Tier 3 programs are the same.
How do I apply for Tier 3?
Tier 3 spots are limited. Fill out the application form on the Tier 3 product page. Canyon will review your application and reach out within 48 hours to schedule a short call before your program begins.
Why is there an application process?
Custom coaching requires the right fit on both sides. The application ensures Canyon can give every Tier 3 client the attention they deserve and that the program is built for someone who is serious about their results.
How are check-ins handled at Tier 3?
Tier 3 includes weekly check-ins via WhatsApp Business with direct access to Canyon. Voice notes, videos, and messaging — real coaching, real responsiveness.
What happens after the 90 days?
After your initial 90 day commitment you'll have the option to continue at $500 per month on a rolling basis. Most clients continue — 90 days is where the real results start showing.
Is the $1,200 refundable?
Once your custom program has been delivered the $1,200 investment is non-refundable. This reflects the significant time and expertise that goes into building a fully personalised coaching package. Please review our full refund policy before purchasing.

How do I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or Tier 3?
Simply purchase the higher tier directly from the store. Your current subscription will be cancelled and replaced with your new tier. Reach out via CanyonWilding.com if you need any help with the transition.
