About Me

Canyon Wilding

Built Different.
On Purpose.

This isn't a side project. It's the result of ten years of obsession, one very deliberate decision to walk away from the wrong path, and a commitment to helping men become impossible to ignore.

Where It Started

Growing up, Canyon was drawn to athletes. The physiques, the discipline, the kind of presence that made people stop and stare — he wanted that. He told himself it was about the attention. Looking back, it was always about something deeper: the standard you set for yourself when you refuse to settle.

He played college soccer. Competed. Trained. Lived inside that world where physical excellence wasn't optional — it was the baseline. And when graduation came and the expected path pointed toward a desk in corporate America, he followed it. For a while.

He hated it. Not because the work was hard — because it wasn't the right work. He missed the gym floor. Missed the energy of people pushing their limits. Missed the moment a client looked in the mirror and saw something they'd never seen before. He missed building people.

"I wasn't built for a cubicle. I was built for this." — Canyon Wilding

So he quit. And spent the next ten years going all in — studying the science, earning the experience, and building real expertise across bodybuilding and physique training, CrossFit, and HIIT group fitness. Not dabbling. Mastering.

The Standard

Today Canyon doesn't just coach fitness — he coaches identity. The men who come to Canyon Fitness aren't looking for a workout to get through. They're looking to become someone they're proud to be. Stronger. Leaner. The kind of person who commands attention when they walk into a room without saying a word.

Inspired by clients who pushed him to stop playing small, Canyon launched Canyon Fitness with one clear mission: to help men around the world become their strongest, healthiest, most impossible-to-ignore selves. Not someday. Starting with the next 28 days.

Four Pillars. No Shortcuts.
01
Train Consistently
Every session builds on the last. The chain only works if you don't break it. Show up even when motivation doesn't.
02
Eat Enough Protein
1g per lb of bodyweight. Non-negotiable. No protein, no muscle. It really is that simple.
03
Sleep & Recover
7–9 hours. Recovery is where results are actually built. Underestimate sleep and you underestimate everything.
04
Track Your Lifts
What gets measured gets improved. Log your weights every session and beat last week, every week.
